Scientific Review Council

The Scientific Review Council will review the research proposals submitted to the Alliance and make recommendations to the Prize Advisory Board and Governing Board for approval of the winners. The Council will also advise on scientific matters and policies, including research needs and opportunities that may be targeted for funding.
